Ranch Terms & Conditions + Policies

Updated Policy – Effective January 1, 2025

 

At Rockin’ Star Ranch, we’re committed to creating unforgettable experiences for every guest—from weddings and milestone events to peaceful stays and outdoor adventures. To provide the best possible service and ensure fair scheduling, we’ve outlined detailed cancellation and refund policies for each of our offerings.

Ranch Buyouts (Weddings, Events, Corporate Retreats)

Payment Terms:
Guests may pay in full or through equal monthly payments.
Final payment is due 120 days before your scheduled event date.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of signing the contract: Full refund of all payments.

  • Cancellations made after 30 days of signing: Payments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Date Transfers:

  • We offer one complimentary date change, available for non-peak months (January, February, July, August).

  • New dates are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

  • If we are able to rebook your original date with a new event, all payments may be applied to a future date

Ranch Stays (Cabin Rentals & Vacation Stays)

Payment Terms:
Guests may pay in full or in monthly installments.
Final payment is due 7 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund of payments.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: Payments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling:

  • One complimentary date change is allowed for non-peak months (January, February, July, August).

  • New dates must be confirmed in writing and are subject to availability.

Early Departures:
No refunds for early check-outs or unused nights.

Horseback Riding Experiences

Booking & Payment:
Guests may pay in full or in monthly installments.
Final payment is due prior to the ride.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before ride: Full refund of payments.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: Payments are non-refundable.

  • In the case of severe weather, we will reschedule your ride at no charge.

  • Guests arriving late will forfeit their ride time—rides start and end on time regardless of your arrival time. To enjoy the full experience please arrive on time. 

Additional Terms

  • All cancellations and date changes must be submitted in writing to info@rockinstarbrenham.com.

  • Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 10 business days.

  • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

  • We strongly encourage guests—especially those booking weddings, retreats, or extended stays—to purchase travel or event insurance to protect their investment in case of unexpected changes, as Rockin’ Star Ranch does not offer refunds beyond the terms above.
